The Porchat Island belongs to the municipality of San Vicente is near the beach of Millionaires and connected to the city by a road. At the top of the island it was built Niemeyer monument that has a gazebo with a privileged view of the region. This monument has a beautiful design with characteristic lines of the architect who designed many public buildings in the country.
